The CGHA executive aims to improve our association each and every year. In order to be successful in this task, we need our parents' feedback. Please assign a rating for each of the following questions. Please be sure to consider the entire season, and give an honest, individual assessment. Where you have the opportunity, please provide details to your responses in the comments section. Your feedback will help us determine the areas of development that would benefit our coach and managing staffs, as well as recognize those who are exceptional.
