HARDWARE HAUL AT PROVINCIALS - The U11 B Typhoons defied odds and brought home a bronze medal from the 2022 OWHA Provincial Championships. After finishing first in their pool, the girls needed a come-from-behind win in the quarterfinals over the Oakville Hornets to reach the semifinals against the eventual silver medalists from South Huron. Overtime was needed to decide the winner of the bronze medal matchup. Facing off against league rival Kanata Rangers, the Typhoons were backstopped by impeccable goaltending. Hard work and dedication to the game plan allowed the girls the chance to pull off another come-from-behind victory to bring home the bronze medal.
