UPDATE TO COVID SCREENING PROTOCOL

I would especially like to draw your attention to two key points that relate to sports:

• The exemption that allowed youth (between the ages of 12-17) to enter an establishment without showing proof of vaccination if they were entering the facility for the sole purpose of practicing a sport will be removed. Thus, as of December 20^th, all individuals that are 12 years of age or older will be required to show proof of vaccination, or a valid medical exemption, if they are entering a facility to practice a sport.
• Effective January 4, 2022, Ontario will begin requiring the use of the enhanced vaccine certificate with QR code and the Verify Ontario app in settings where proof of vaccination is required. The other forms of proof will no longer be accepted.
