The CGHA will be introducing a new Wednesday night program geared to the U13 to U18 player. Emphasis will be on stick handling and puck control
Take advantage of an opportunity to improve your overall stick handling skills by developing a stronger feel and confidence with the puck. Learn to stickhandle through traffic and strengthen your puck control and possession skills so that you will be able to maintain and recover the puck more often, allow for more opportunities to receive passes and provide more scoring chances.
Lead instructor is Patrick "Paddy" Flynn, Director of Player Development for girl’s hockey at the Ontario Hockey Academy (OHA), and is a Hockey Canada High Performance Coach. His extensive hockey background and experience of over 30 years has taken him throughout Canada, Europe and Asia as a hockey coach, scout and instructor.
