STICK AND PUCK DAY - January 27th

The CGHA would like to pilot its own Stick and Puck Program for its players and adults. If there is an interest in needing more ice time and working on fundamentals such as skating, puck control passing and shooting then perhaps this is the opportunity you're looking for.
CGHA players must be accompanied by a parent or coach. The permissible ratio is 1 adult to 1 to 2 players. Ages 4--- 14. Full hockey equipment is mandatory for all players. Skates and helmet mandatory for adults.
There is no cost for players and adults. Players must be CGHA members.

Rules
CGHA players ages 4-14
Players must be accompanied by an adult on the ice at all  times
Players must wear full hockey equipment (mandatory)
Parents must wear skates and helmet (mandatory)
Food and drinks not permissible on the ice.  Water bottles only, allowed in bench area.
Players and adults must provide their own pucks
Slapshots not permitted
No games allowed
Headsets, cell phones or electronic devices are not permitted on the ice surface.
Individuals are not permitted on the ice during flooding period.
