The Cornwall Girls Hockey Association will be sponsoring three workshops over the course of the next month or two. These workshops will be of interest for all players and parents and in particular to team trainers.
The workshops will focus on concussion awareness, nutrition, and age appropriate pregame warm-ups and post game cool downs.
Additional information will be forthcoming within the next week. Note, there will be no charge for attending.
