DEVELOPMENTAL STREAM

The goal of the program is development. We hope the extra instruction and ice time will help the girls improve their overall skill and knowledge of the game. This program can be used for a developmental bridge to competitive hockey or for players that crave more competition than house league but do not want to make the commitment, in time or cost that are required with competitive hockey.
In order to have a Developmental Stream (DS) team the association requires a minimum of two House teams at a level such as  Novice, Atom, Peewee, Bantam or Midget. Last year we had DS teams at Novice, Atom and Midget. For this coming season we are extremely hopeful based on our current registration that we can ice DS teams in all 5 divisions.
