The Ontario Women’s Hockey Association (OWHA) is the provincial governing body for female hockey in the province of Ontario and is proactively approaching a nation-wide initiative which will see more kids at younger ages playing and practising hockey in age-appropriate programming.The OWHA is in the process of producing materials to support female hockey associations and teams as they work through this change.
