2017 ODWHA Elizabeth Stein Award Winner

Each year the ODWHA honours the memory of Elizabeth Stein and her enormous contribution to women’s hockey by providing the Elizabeth Stein Memorial Bursary to remarkable players who have made extraordinary contributions to hockey and the community. 

2017 marked the 9th year of the bursary and up to four bursaries with a minimum value of $750 each can be awarded to ODWHA registered house league or competitive players who have demonstrated the following: 

Leadership, integrity and dedication to women's hockey, academic achievement, and contribution to the community through volunteerism and support of volunteer organizations.
