Cornwall Lions Club Sports Award
The Cornwall Lions Club Sports Award Dinner will be held on May 9,2018. The Department of Planning, Development & Recreation is seeking nominations for one athlete male or female to receive the Joe St Denis Award for their achievement and involvement in sports and recreation.The following criteria must apply and be outlined in a resume.
- Involvement in minor sports in the Community
- Current or previous involvement in recreation programs offered by the Department of Planning,Development & Recreation
- Involvement as a voluteer in sports programs
- Involvement in school sports
- Academic achievements
Please forward the name of your nominee along with a resume of their achievements no later than April 24, 2017 to :
