Competitive Coaching Announcement for U13 Tier 2

 

Tracy Zettler  will coach the U13 tier 2  Cornwall Typhoons for the 2021-22 season.  Tracy can be contacted at frozen_cndn10@hotmail.com

 

The 2021-2022 season Tracy's be my 3^rd as head coach.  She has played hockey her entire life and having the opportunity to pass some of what I’ve learned along the way to the next generation of players has been one of the most rewarding things she has ever done!  It is important to have the girl’s prepared and ready to play, and at this age they need to be working on their core skills and applying them to individual tactics and team play.  In this regard, Tracy plans to follow the Hockey Canada skills development model as a basis for the players' development this season. 

 

Tracy's expectations for the players are achievable.  Arrive on time and be ready to play/ practice, work hard to improve your skills, be a team player – get along with your teammates.  Most important, respect your coach, your teammates, your parents, opponents, and officials.  This can all be reached while having fun and loving the game along the way!
